Nothing Left Unturned
The Javits Center announced on Twitter today that they’re putting tours on hold of their green roof, which is 7 acres in itself, and is the largest in New York City amid concerns over coronavirus, shutting down life in New York City on every level imaginable, and is said to become even more destitute with the threat of all 5 boroughs on lockdown.
Due to the coronavirus outbreak, we’re postponing tours of our nearly 7-acre green roof, the largest in NYS. However, groups interested in visiting, please email tour coordinator Indira Turney at iturney@javitscenter.com. See you soon! #livinglaboratory #sustainability pic.twitter.com/hlmd6YC9DR

For the moment, Javits Center is not hosting any events until April 30 since this coronavirus is a grave threat, but there’s no timeline on when this pandemic will pass.
The most recent event to announce cancellation because of the coronavirus is the Informa NY WOMEN’S May event originally scheduled for May 4 and 5, which will not be rescheduled.
