The Wonders Of Technology On Skin

It’s very common to get work done on one’s face if it involves surgery to improve how young you look, there’s also creams and scrubs that exfoliate the skin which eliminates dead skin cells and rejuvenate skin beauty, and then there’s micro-current facials, which Lauren Conrad touches on today to be a fruitful option with expert doctors on call to explain what a micro-current facial is.

Julie Civiello Polier, Reiki Master and holistic and nurturing esthetician, of Shamanic Facials, says that micro-current facials are one form of electro therapy using gentle and calming wave forms that mimic the body’s own healing system, electrical wave lengths similarly sized to brain impulses that can be easily shaped, lifted, and re-educated to return one’s skin to its original position.

Benefits include reducing inflammation, healing acne, smoothing and softening wrinkles and lines, exercising the muscles, just to name a few, all you need are one to two sessions each week adding up to 10 sessions, followed by regular sessions every 6 to 8 weeks for the best skin of your life.

Blackened Salmon Salad With LC Lauren Conrad

Lauren Conrad, LC Lauren Conrad at Kohl’s, and Amanda Wilkens of Feed Me With Amanda got together and did something wonderful on Monday as Lauren used LC Kohl’s tabletop collection bowls to make a blackened salmon salad, inspired not only by a big and beautiful salmon fillet, but by spicy cilantro dressing and fajita seasoning mixed with greens, avocado, black beans, cherry tomatoes, garlic, apple cider vinegar, and paprika.
