A String Of Help

The CFDA, Vogue, and Anna Wintour team up to help the fashion industry, announcing Wednesday a fashion fund called “A Common Thread” has been created for those who’ve been financially devastated by COVID19 where you can also help by donating.

This collaboration between these 3 powers tells the story of not only those who have seen the rug pulled right out from under them due to COVID19, but how fashion is truly suffering right now, an industry just like many others who’ve just stopped beyond their own will simply because of a pandemic.

As partnerships are now being established, The Elaine Gold Launch Pad Program made a $250,000 donation to “A Common Thread”, and have pledged to make an additional $250,000 to the fund for those designers in need.

Every small business in fashion are affected by COVID19, place like Fashion Mingle and Curve New York have held webinars on surviving COVID19.
