It’s On Now…
Kristin Cavallari’s divorce proceedings are hitting home literally, E! News reported today that Kristin’s buying power has been halted, it’s said that Jay’s business manager has informed Kristin and her people that Jay will not be releasing funds for her to buy a house, something that Kristin started doing earlier on even late in 2019.
Though, Jay never objected to the idea of Kristin buying her own residence back in November, Kristin feels now this is a way for Jay to punish Kristin, typical husband behavior as Kristin’s divorce team calls it, and Jay is forcing Kristin to accept a parental arrangement that Kristin does not agree with.
Somewhere along the way, Kristin stopped the home buying process because Kristin and Jay tried to salvage their marriage, but Kristin resumed the process of buying a home when returning from the Bahamas once divorce was inevitable, also assuming Jay had no problem with it.
As early as March, both Kristin and Jay discussed divorce proceedings with their own people, but Kristin was blindsided that Jay filed for divorce first while asking for certain demands, leading Kristin to claim marital misconduct when officially filing for divorce.
