There’s a ritual that the wife, Amanda Kloots, and the son, Elvis, of the late Nick Cordero, who died on July 5 by complications from COVID19, do every morning and before bed each night, both kiss the picture frame where Nick’s picture lies.
As Amanda realizes how much of a great loss that Nick dying is to the world, but most importantly, to herself, and her one-year-old son, keeping Nick in their hearts, and as visible as possible is the one thing that helps Amanda deal with the grief a little easier.
