Amanda Kloots on late Wednesday evening remembers how she and her late husband, Nick Cordero, use to eat at a restaurant when living in New York City where you could write in their book every time you ate there, and it would be every year on July 6 they’d visit, and Amanda now realizes it’s now the date before Nick passed away from COVID19, July 5.

Amanda says she wants to visit New York City again to return to this restaurant where the book is you write in, and not only write in it one again, but see all the precious notes she and Nick wrote to each other and their son Elvis, who was just one month old when last visiting the restaurant on July 6, 2019.
