Fashinnovation in its 2nd day of their live virtual blue carpet preview today give you a sneak peek of their Worldwide Talks live on Thursday, talking with Rohan Kapoor of Gorgias about customer service, and fashion e-commerce still taking place now in a pandemic, and what needs to be implemented now to ensure e-commerce success while customers still shop at home.

However, Rohan in his upcoming steps to succeed virtually, does not see in-person shopping making a 100 percent comeback once COVID19’s nears its end or gone completely, the customer experience is expected to be transformed with a mix of in-person and virtual simultaneously to say the least.

If you’ve seen anything like movies and Broadway over the past year as it converts to streaming where possible, it’s possible you’ll have a comparable hybrid between in-person and virtual in a post-COVID19 world.
