Safety First???

Playbill reports today that Andrew Lloyd Webber’s “Phantom Of The Opera” on London’s West End will resume performances following the COVID19 pandemic with a reduced number of orchestra members, to ensure the production can go on for years to come, but New York Broadway union leaders say producers are taking advantage of a global pandemic and not realizing the value of these theatre productions if not at full capacity, “Phantom” officials also pledge this production will be remixed to be just as good with its reduced orchestra.
