TMZ reported early today that Kristin Cavallari’s divorce from her soon to be ex-husband, Jay Cutler, have slowed because Jay wants 50 percent ownership of Uncommon James, simply because Kristin created the company while the two were married, Kristin fights back saying Jay did not contribute any dollar amounts to create or run Uncommon James so Jay has no right, Jay’s side stresses that Jay was at the grand opening of Uncommon James store in Chicago which was featured on Kristin’s E! reality series, “Very Cavallari”.
