Jay Cutler, who’s in the middle of divorcing Kristin Cavallari, spoke with E! tonight about how their 3 children must come first day in and day out, because it’s important for children to see their parents getting along while they’re dissolving their marriage and going their separate ways, Jay also points out that children are resilient, even when times call for equal shares in a divorce, like Jay wanting 50 percent of Uncommon James as part of the divorce settlement.
