After two years of pandemic delays, Cesar Galindo returned to New York Fashion Week with Newcomer, couture designer Phuc Tran Collection with exciting full frontal fashion at the new eatery Cucina 81/2 NYC.

Phuc Tran debuted his first-ever runway show, Fitted feminine silhouettes, dresses in silk, asymmetrical knits, and fitted structured jackets and bottoms.
