Ivy Cove founder, Ivy Moliver, has always had a passion for supporting organizations that focus on women and children which is what initially led her to Step Up. She was drawn to their engagement level and encouraged by their motivating group of diverse professional women. After participating in several mentorship panels, Ivy wanted to give back in a meaningful way.
