Olivia Rodrigo announced today the follow-up to her first album, “Sour”, with a brand-new sophomore album, “GUTS” which Olivia directly spells out on each finger with rings apparently, that’s due out in over 2 months, on Friday, September 8, 2023, which you can pre-order now before it’s release following the end of Summer.
Yes, purple and black remain the anthem colors of Olivia Rodrigo, but this time these solids are used more to their true purpose, emphasizing the new direction Olivia will go in, holding out on candy and gems for lace strap black tank tops and purple bras peeking out the unknown layers we’ve yet to see from Olivia, red lipstick and black nail polish coming in as direct reminders.
There’s also the first line of blood coming out this Friday with Olivia’s first single attached to “GUTS” called “Vampire”, taking Olivia into a whole new direction with her music, saying that it will be a much darker tone than what “Sour” was, allowing for Olivia’s voice to be more vulnerable than ever before.
