This is a tradeshow about lingerie, swimwear and loungewear that was held at the Javits Center in NYC on February 2 – 4 2025. The brands at this show catered towards the sexy female, plus size gal, and a few lines even were aimed at Gender Neutral and Transgender people. The trends in lingerie that I saw were matching bra and panty sets, pajamas with matching bras and panties, lacey lingerie, lace trim on knit sleepwear and cotton sleepwear that came in fun prints. Some old styles that almost seem vintage now are making a comeback, such as full slips/chemises in satin and grannie panties but made with mesh panels for newness and bodysuits of stretch lace. When I take ladies bra shopping, they always tell me they can’t find wire free bras but they are being added to many more brands because females have been complaining that the wires hurt them under the bust. What would Curve show be without the runway show from Elomi, Freya, Goddess and Fantasie brands, well it wouldn’t be so much fun. The panties and bras on models are meant to show the ladies reading my blog the correct fit back and front of bras and panties. If your underwear doesn’t fit like this then maybe it’s time to switch to these brands which are sold on Macys.com or Macy’s Herald Square in NYC. These brands specialize in full coverage panties/bras. Size range 32 – 36 with cup size D – O. $50.00 $80.00.

FLORUISSE

A collection of gender inclusive lingerie and loungewear. Since this blogger lives in NYC, works in fashion, goes to clubs/parties with gays/ bisexual/ transvestites/ transgender/ she-he people she thought she should cover a lingerie line catering to this crowd. If you ever went to a drag show, then you know men tuck their penis so it doesn’t protrude through clothes. The black panty in the photo above is for those guys. It works by the insertion of the penis in the pocket with the compression of the spandex and nylon fabric pushes it back without pain too. If you pull the panty up, then the bonded seams eliminate panty lines. Only comes in black. Made in USA, $65.00,  Sized XS – XXL. Now for some knit bras in soft cup/lightly padded with removable cups for transitioning men into women and real women too. They have matching thong panties and both can be seen in my photo. Sized XS – XL Bras have adjustable straps, $35.00 – $45.00, thongs $25.00. The fabric is super stretchy in polyamide/spandex for comfort. They come in such colors as black, state sage, quite amethyst, mushroom, hot coral, pale mauve, passion fruit and white. ENTOS

A return to glamour and being feminine is what this Made in Mexico collection is all about. The robe and lace trimmed camisole has a matching bottom shown on the hanger and is perfect for lounging or to sleep in without the robe. It comes in a polyester stretch satin that is perfect for travel since it’s machine washable. Colors are lilac, rose, black, navy, olive, turquoise, burgundy and white. The other three photos in my pic- collage are perfect for bridals on their honeymoons but they come in the color black too. The full slip can be worn as a nightgown as well. You might wonder what the sheer jacket has to do with lingerie, it’s a bed jacket that you can wear while reading sitting up in bed. Other items not shown are underwire soft cup lace bras, thongs, garter belts that all match and bodysuits in sheer mesh with hook and eye closures at the crotch. BACKBONE SOCIETY

Everything is made in Los Angeles, California including the prints. There are three different divisions to this brand. 1. Loungewear with its loose-fitting pants/tops sold as sets/robes/slip nightgowns (in the two lower photos) in solids mixed with prints in silk crepe charmeuse, sizes XS – XXXL, priced $200.00 and up. 2.Swimwear consists of maillots ($65.00) with cutout middles with gromets on the side, thong bottoms, scoop backs, all unconstructed without a built-in bra, in a polyester/nylon/spandex fabric as seen in the top two photos. Other styles are 2-piece swimsuits with triangle tops that tie in the back and hater top styles that go with Brazilian cut bottoms and retail at $145.00 for the set. Colors are black, navy, orange, bubblegum pink and sizes XS – XXXL. 3. Streetwear that is meant to fit loose, (no photos shown) all made in thick heavy cotton sweat fabric (made in South Carolina) that is garment dyed and screen printed in zodiac signs. Styles are bell bottoms with 2 1/2″ waistband for comfort, cargo back pockets, knee length shorts with cargo pockets on sides and a mid-thigh short with back patch pockets.
