Here we are again. The July 2026 edition of Premiere Vision at Tribeca 360 has kicked off here in New York City. It’s a place where we learn the backstory behind our daily attire which comes down to the fabrics, sourcing, and materials. All brands need a starting base to supply their vision, it all begins with who’s the company behind the mentioned aspects. One part of Premiere that DANIEL PLUS LAUREN learned about today is Bombardo, makers of a new kind of silk.

Based out of Spain who’s fresh off winning a spot in the World Cup Final, Bombardo makes an alternative type of silk. Silk by itself is beautiful, but very delicate and can only be used in a fine structure where it must be cared for deeply. Bombardo’s silk is high tech, made with polyester that holds silk together as it frees it from its own limitations. Made with Triacetate, plus fine silk in Japan and solid silk in China and Indonesia, Bombardo’s high tech silk is preferred by brides and special occasion women because it’s breathable to wear and comfortable. Plus, Bombardo silk held together by polyester doesn’t have to be dry cleaned. It’s machine-washable,

In beautiful patterns and colors, including red which are Spain’s colors now officially in the World Cup Final, Bomardo makes you enjoy a beautiful soft silk material in an easy to care for way. Yes, pure silk is beautiful. But like anything else, silk is now sustainable and made to last. Plus blended with polyester so you can preserve its lifespan much longer. Also one of the most beautiful part of Bombardo is that it represents DPL’s other half of their origins. Bombardo was created in Spain.
