Lauren Conrad reached out to those wedding guests invitees today who are always left in the dark about what the appropriate dress attire needs to be when attending one’s wedding, Lauren breaks down strictly black tie formal, semi-formal or cocktail, and casual or daytime.
Lauren starts with the strictly black tie that requires dressing to the nines about tuxedos, bowties, and cummmerbunds, fancy cocktail dress help on very hot days, there too is formal or black tie optional where the gowns and tuxedos may still be required, but dark suits and elevated cocktail attire fit in.
Lauren next steps down to the semi-formal or cocktail attire, which involve cocktail dress either in dark or light colors along with lighter suits and ties, and then there’s the lightest wedding attire being casual or daytime, consisting of sundresses and lighter fabrics, and toned down cocktail dresses with wedges or low block heel.

Lauren Conrad and company reaches into the recipe box today to make a cauliflower rice vegetable curry bowl that’s nothing but a vegan dish to practice the all important meatless monday after a weekend of pigging out on the unthinkable.
With help from Kelly LeVeque of Be Well By Kelly, Lauren and gang make up their plant based dish out of avocado oil, onion, garlic cloves, ginger, curry powder, coriander, cumin, tumeric, cayenne, tomato paste, vegetable broth, coconut milk, squash, carrots, broccoli, snap peas, kale, cilantro, green onion, hemp hearts, cauliflower rice, coconut milk, and coconut oil that makes one forget about their animal urges.
