Invisible Lifeline
Variety reports today that “Pride & Prejudice” virtual opening on Streaming Musicials, received over 160,000 free views from 14 different countries around the world, as well as the United States, as COVID19 keeps all of us at home with nowhere to go but get entertained online.
For Streaming Musicals, this has to be the biggest amount of traffic it’s received since launching in 2017, and since there’s no Broadway or West End shows happening right now, and no concrete date of when normal life on stage will resume.
