No Trends Ceiling

Now that we’re getting into Spring, let’s hop into the time machine and take us all the way back to this past January, where Informa held its Winter edition of PROJECT New York at Iron 23 in Midtown Manhattan, featuring an intimate space showing off men’s and gender neutral fashion for the Fall/ Winter 2023-2024 season, also a new line of brands joining PROJECT New York that stress the key takeaways of sustainability through their fabrics, it all starts here at home with Javelin NYC.

Javelin NYC didn’t have to go too far away to create its collection, it was born here in New York where it’s clothes are also produced right in the heart of midtown, a menswear collection focusing on creating timeless classic pieces made sustainably with dead stock fabric comprised from jacquard, wool, and silk, all working together to create prints not only in perfect sync for this season, but pieces that you can grab out of your closet at any time, and where with whatever staples you have already.

With Javelin NYC, business casual is not just sent in a unilateral direction, it allows comfort to be entered in, Javelin NYC stands out by making wool jackets and blazers that can be paired with sweat pants, or as Javelin NYC designs them as, sweats pants known as bicycle pants made so durable, that you don’t have to worry about them tearing after wear and tear, or if your calves or knees are too big, constantly being used to peddle your bike around town for many of your everyday tasks.

Javelin NYC has been in development for all its existence that started back in 2018, leading to moments like this where you can dress formal, but not have to be formal all the way, you can be “formal-ish”, living the dream in all the five boroughs of New York City where you can do business, take up an art form, meet up with friends, and make sure you’re at your most comfortable level when dealing with everyday life.
