Curve New York took place August 2-4, 2026 in the River Pavillion at the Javits Center in NYC. Curve is a tradeshow that’s all about upscale brands of lingerie. Here you can find tee shirt bras as well as sexy/racy/lacy bras along with no show panties all the way to French Lace thongs. Bras and panties keep increasing in size every show I attend because women keep getting bigger. Many vendors I talked to now go up to size 52H in bras and XXXXL in panties to fit the plus size lady.  I’m the blogger in the above photo. More at WWW.CURVE-NEWYORK.COM.

TRENDS

Since this was a Spring/Summer 2027 tradeshow, the styles and colors shown in the photo are for that season. The biggest trend that I saw was full slips with lace trimming making a comeback. They aren’t just meant to be worn under a see thru dress like in the photo of me above but as nightgowns and out on the town at night instead of a dress. The biggest trend was lingerie as outerwear. Lacy bras and bustiers are meant to be worn alone as a statement piece in the evening or peeking out from under a jacket or sweater which can be either day or night. Silk robes and nightgowns in sherbert colors are trimmed with feathers at the hem and sleeve edges in a throwback to that famous 1960’s actress Zsa Zsa Gabor on the TV Show Green Acres. New trends in bras are unconstructed stretchy without underwires but with foam cups that still give you comfort and support. Shapewear has gone lacy because women are losing lots of weight quickly on GPL drugs but they still need to firm up that flab from weight loss. Camisoles and tap pants are in silky fabrics plus lace trimmed. They can be worn under loose or sheer clothing and as loungewear. Swimwear cover ups are following ready to wear styles in flowing loose pants alongside crochet dresses.

DELPHI RIVE

A luxury brand of colorful lace lingerie. This brand is all about empowering women to make them feel great about themselves. The collection is based in Miami and owned/designed by a mother and daughter duo who I interviewed at Curve Tradeshow. This a small batch collection made in Miami. 

What makes this collection so luxurious is 100% silver polyamide French embroidery, Leavers French lace, (an ultra-fine and highly intricate type of machine lace made on historic machines in France still ) and Swiss floral embroidery with metallic edges which you can see in the upper right-hand part of the above photo. 

Matching bras have silk straps and sliders to make them adjustable. Garter belts and panties are mainly in sheer black mesh with the beautiful embroidery adorning them. Bras sizes are 32A – 36D and come demi cup or full cup without padding but they do have underwires to hold your breast up. Panties are either high waist briefs or thong. Panties and garter belts are sized S – M- L. The bodysuit has a matching silk short Kimono Robe as seen in the bottom left photo. I have never seen such beautiful embroidery on lingerie which is why I picked this collection to write about. These bras and bodysuits are so pretty that you can wear them peeking out of a jacket/sweater or as outerwear so you can look and feel sexy.

You don’t want to buy just one piece of this lingerie but all the matching pieces so you look like a vision of loveliness for your sex partner. Priced $200.00 – $800.00. Explore more at WWW.DELPHIRIVE.COM.

KOMILFO

I had the pleasure of interviewing the founder/owner, Iryna, of the company who flew over from Ukraine to show her collection even though there is a war going on in her country. Well, the war hasn’t stopped her company from producing pretty and feminine at home wear, nightwear, lingerie and loungewear in the country of Ukraine. Everything was in high-quality European fabrics and laces too.

I was impressed with the weight of the nightwear fabric that was used in this collection because I don’t see 19 momme mulberry silk used in any American collections I see at Macy’s or Bloomingdales in NYC. This collection also comes in polyester and viscose heavy satin and is of high quality. All the laces come from Italy.

See that slip in the lower left corner? It can be worn as a dress out at night and you can throw an evening jacket in chilly weather. The matching robe and slip dress can both come in a maxi length.  In the lower right photo, there is a matching camisole and pajama shorts which can be worn as outwear. I see the trendy young females in NYC wearing these kinds of shorts as outerwear. There is a pajama pant in the collection also but not shown. Expand the photo to see the special sewing technique that is done with the inlayed black lace.

Colors in the collection are misty rose, purple, celadon green, pink, silver blush, lavender, vanilla, black and gold shimmer. Bras are sized 32B – 42J. For luxury this is a very reasonable priced collection at $100.00 -$200.00. This can be shipped to the USA. Learn more at WWW.KOMILFO.COM.UA.

RIMONE’ PARIS

Ameni is the designer who I interviewed with. She started the collection because she couldn’t find bras for a fuller cup and narrow band. That’s the exact same problem I have so that made my decision to interview her super easy.

She uses French lace (see the top 2 photos) in her bras that are sized 28D to 42H, and priced about $275.00. .Some interesting features of the bras are a removable back strap on the bra but at the same time the front stays up. This is perfect for low back dresses/tops. One thing that I find ugly is a big bra back in an open or low back dress/top. When I see it, I think there has to be a solution and now I found one. Other bra styles are racer back which is a great style for heavy breast because the straps don’t leave indentations in your shoulders. She also makes a front close bustier that I haven’t a photo on.

The bottom 2 photos are of swimwear that will hold up heavier breast because of the wide straps. Panties are adjustable thong in sizes S – XXL, $120.00. Colors are white with pastel colors and gold metallic (top left photo), and black with silver, Everything is made in Turkey.
