A PARTNER FOR PINK

Is it just me, or is pink now having a moment? The answer is yes, all because of Olivia Rodrigo coming fast and furious about her 3rd album. “You Seem Pretty Sad For A Girl In Love” will usher in not only an era of pink by OR, but fantasy about love, as well as sad aspects about love. Opposite “drop dead”, “SNL” last night gave us the saddest ballot about love called “Begged”. We apparently all felt blue after listening to this song for the first time.

But there’s a bigger bout of blue we New Yorkers are dealing with, it’s the Sunday blues. That part of Sunday afternoon where we realize the weekend is quickly coming to an end before we go back to work tomorrow. The unbearable thought of the rat race turns us all colors beyond blue, it’s the more torturous thought out of the whole week.

Luckily, the blue that DPL refers to today has nothing to do with all of the above. It’s Lauren Conrad giving us Sunday blues of LC Lauren Conrad colored in baby blue to give us the best Spring and Summer 2026 hue ever at Kohl’s.
