A Vessel & Shed Of Care

Even though Hudson Yards and many other famous New York destinations are closed right now due to COVID19, that doesn’t mean Hudson Yards or those who love Hudson Yards are staying lockdown completely, Hudson Yards have joined forces with the World Central Kitchen, creating a GoFundMe account for you to donate, and to raise money for the healthcare workers, soldiers, police officers, EMT’s, and support staff who need to keep their energy up now more than ever by being fed as they care for those sick with coronavirus.

World Central Kitchen created by Chef Jose Andres, also have Hudson Yard’s corporate partner, Related Companies, and Wells Fargo on board, where both corporations have kicked off the fundraising effort by contributing $1 million and $500,000 each.

Hudson Yards and WCK volunteers are tirelessly ready at 34th Street and 11th Avenue with an outpost on the southeast corner to provide meals fighting against COVID19, especially those reared and ready for battle at the Javits Center who have converted the massive convention hall into a COVID19 patient hospital only.
