
The United States Department Of Labor today continues its 53-week-run of reporting staggering unemployment claims filed thanks to the COVID19 pandemic, this week it’s another 719,000 that have filed and are now without a job, 61,000 more than last week’s 658,000, which was revised down more by 26,000 from 684,000.
The insured unemployment rate stayed unchanged and unrevised at 2.7 percent, the lowest figure so far in the pandemic, numbers for insured unemployment continues finding new lows at 3,794,000, 46,000 less than last week’s 3,840,000 also revised down from 3,870,000.
