Big Apple 🍎 Once Again
New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio had very big news today at the top of his daily press conference, Mayor de Blasio has set a goal of July 1, 2021 for all the 5 boroughs of New York City to reopen at 100 percent, that means restaurants, bars, stores, shops, small businesses, gyms, fitness classes, arenas, stadiums, and theaters like Broadway can operate once again at full capacity without limit, because New York City is in need of being whole again, and steps like social distancing and COVID19 vaccines have been obeyed and implemented by all NYC residents.
Mayor de Blasio says New York City residents deserves this, because they’ve done their part to stop the spread of COVID19, as well as getting vaccinated when becoming eligible, all NYC has to do now is keep it up, keep stopping the spread, keep social distancing, and keep getting vaccinated to make this July 1 reopening goal a reality.
Key elements that make New York City great have already resumed something close to normal life, albeit at limited capacity, places like Equinox and dance studios like Broadway Dance Center and Steps at Broadway have resumed classes and gym operations as restrictions were relaxed, plus trade shows like Curve are moving ahead with an in-person trade show from August 1 to August 3.
Even before New York City declared itself closed to stop the spread of COVID19 last year, the world of Broadway under a week before shutdown as COVID19 cases surged, but is working tirelessly as we speak to open the Great White Way this Fall at full capacity.
